We understand that shipping time and rate are important factors to your profitable business purchase. We will try to find the best shipping rate available. The zone chart above is the estimate Ground Shipping transit times across the U.S. The following are the different shipping methods:
Free warehouse pick up / Use your own shipping account: Choose this option when check out for warehouse pick up or charge the shipping cost to your own shipping account. We will contact you regarding the weight, number of package, and the dimensions of the boxes when your order is ready to ship. You need to provide a shipping account # with common carriers like: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, we will use your account # to make the shipment and the shipping cost will be charged to your account.
*Customers using their own account for shipping need to file damage claim with the carrier if any content is damaged during transit. We are not illegible to file claim since we are not the paying party.*
UPS: We use real time live UPS shipping calculation, choose this option when check out if you think the shipping rate is acceptable. Shipping calculation is estimate only. We might use Fedex, DHL or other company as the carrier other than UPS.
3-5 Days Ground Shipping: This is the shipping calculation we develop for orders weight over 70 lbs. Sometimes the live shipping calculation system by the carriers will charge the over size rate if the order weights over 70 lbs because it does not know how many packages will be shipped for that order. Therefore, we have done a reseach and developed this calculation system base on products weight and customers' geographic.
Choose this shipping option when check out if this is the best rate. We will compare all the Ground shipping carriers and ship with the one has best rate.
*HI, AK and some west coast states customers will not see this shipping option because it is not suitable for these states*
Freight Quote: For orders over 300 lbs (west coast 150 lbs) and large, heavy furnitures, it is usually better and more economic to ship by trucking freight.
Choose this option if you want us to confirm your order with the best freight quote.
USPS: USPS shipping usually is suitable for HI, AK , PR and international shippings. For US domestic shipping, it is not a economic way to ship heavy packages.
